The controller of personal data is HYPERTEK Janusz Kina, Mioceńska 2/3, 97-400 Bełchatów, Tax ID (NIP): 7691938651, EU VAT ID: PL7691938651, REGON: 100325259. E-mail: [email protected].

What data we process and why

Browsing the site. The site is static. It has no forms, user accounts, analytics or tracking scripts, and its fonts are hosted together with the site. When you visit, our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical request data: your IP address, the time of the visit, the page requested, and browser and connection details. This data goes into logs and is used to deliver the site and to keep it secure and stable. Cloudflare also adds a network error reporting mechanism to its responses: if a connection error occurs while the site loads, your browser may send Cloudflare a report that includes, among other things, your IP address and the site address.

Contacting us by email. If you write to our email address, we process the content of your message and the sender’s details (your email address and anything you choose to include) in order to reply to your enquiry and to arrange possible cooperation.

  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest): keeping the site running and secure, and handling correspondence about your enquiry.
  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract): handling a request for a quote or cooperation and preparing an offer.

How long we keep data

We keep email messages for 6 years after the matter is closed, which is the limitation period for potential claims connected with our business. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own policies.

Recipients

  • Hosting and content delivery provider: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA).
  • Email service provider: iq.pl, whose services we use to handle correspondence.

We do not sell data and do not share it for marketing purposes.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Cloudflare is a company based in the United States, and request data is processed in data centres in many countries, usually the location closest to the visitor (for people in Poland, typically in Europe). Data is transferred to the US under the data processing agreement concluded with Cloudflare, which includes standard contractual clauses, and, to the extent Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under the European Commission’s adequacy decision. You can obtain a copy of the safeguards by writing to the email address given above.

You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • rectify your data,
  • erase your data,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability (where applicable),
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

To exercise these rights, write to the email address given on the Contact page.

Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your message.
